My name is Deana Lewis and I am the Electives Teacher at Reese Education Center.  I work with the students at Reese and the high school DAEP students enrolled in Electives. This is my 15th year in public education.  I began my career teaching in Arlington ISD at James Bowie High School. In 2010 I joined the staff at Frenship's Crestview Elementary as the Lab Manager.  In 2012 I joined the team at Reese Education Center.  In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also serve as the Campus Communicator.

I received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX and completed my coursework to obtain my teaching certificate through the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.  I am certified in Basic Business and Family and Consumer Services.

My husband, Dan, and I married in 1993 and have 3 adult children and one cherished daughter-in-law.  Outside of Education, I have worked as an accountant, aerobics instructor, home business owner and pre-school teacher.
