PRIDE Program

Positively Reinforcing Individuals Discipline Expectations

The Frenship ISD PRIDE Program is a component of the district secondary behavior management plan. Frenship PRIDE may also be used by the Lubbock municipal judges as an alternative to fines or incarceration for students who commit minor criminal offenses. The PRIDE Program provides a disciplined and demanding environment for students, with an emphasis on school/program attendance, academic goals, behavior and social adjustment.
