My name is Keith McCarty I'm currently a Behavior Coach at the Reese Education Centers DAEP program for 8 years now. Before Reese I worked at LISDs Alternative School for 3 years. I have worked with at risk kids for over 30 years being a Juvenile Probation Officer for 27 1/2 years, certified as a Gang Officer, and Sex Offender Training before retiring in 2018. In those 27 1/2 years I gained experience in all manner of things dealing with juveniles and at-risk kids. My educational background: I completed my education at Wayland Baptist University earning two degrees, Human Services with a Specialization in Criminal Justice, and a minor in Law Enforcement.
