W.I.N.G.S. Academy is an alternative educational program that is a computer based, flexible learning environment designed for “at-risk” students or those who prefer to learn in a self-paced environment.
The program is designed to accelerate instructional services to students identified as “at risk of dropping out of school” as defined in Texas Education Code (TEC) §29.081(d) and provide accelerated instructional services to students enrolled to expedite progress toward performing at grade level and completing high school requirements
